We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Technical Consultant to play a key role in supporting our client’s Sales, Project, Product and R&D teams in conducting technical discussions with this scaling SaaS eCommerce company.
The job will include leading technology, customization and integration with prospects and existing clients, face-to-face and virtually. This person needs to be up to date with ongoing and future product and system developments and needs to be able to translate client feedback, suggestions and requests to internal Product and R&D teams.
Responsibilities:
- Make recommendations on the integration strategy required to successfully implement a complete solution providing “best practice” advice to customers to optimize the integrated platform effectiveness
- Act as a technical focal point for integrating clients, have the technological savviness required to demonstrate and prototype integrations in merchant environments
- Provide ongoing education and technical assistance to current partners and integrate clients
- Become a Product expert up to date with features and product roadmaps, by actively participating in internal technical discussions, contributing “field-level” feedback from clients and prospects – act as the Product’s and R&D’s teams mediator
Requirements
- 8+years in business and technical analysis/architecture roles (Javascript / Angular / Typescript experience
- Experience in SaaS implementation projects from a Professional Services / Consulting
- standpoint
- Possess strong organizational skills with experience working with Agile methodologies
- Advisor mentality and willingness to participate in the full project life cycle: Requirements
- Gathering, Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing and Go-Live
- Excellent communication and presentation skills from technical to C-suite customers
- Entrepreneurial spirit: you feel you achieve so much more by working along with a
- customer or partner than alone between four walls.
- Consulting and/or client facing experience, understand the importance of timely
- communications and see value in collaborating with colleagues to find the best possible
- solution
- BA/BS/Master degree in Computer Science or another technical field
