We are seeking a driven and ambitious Account Executive / Sales Director to join our clients growing team and spearhead sales of our their SaaS solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales to achieve a target of £1 million within a 6-month sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new leads
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the value proposition
  • Negotiate and close complex deals with senior-level executives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond
  • Develop a deep understanding of the education sector and client needs
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets (£1 million) within a 6-month sales cycle
  • Utilize a proven sales methodology to effectively manage the sales process
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales plans

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education sector or a similar SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a complex sales environment (ideally with experience in closing high-value deals)
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies and the ability to tailor presentations to specific client needs
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
