The Role: Customer Success Manager (Series A SaaS)
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the strategic partner to high-value customers, ensuring adoption, retention, and measurable outcomes. This is a role for a builder — someone who thrives in early-stage SaaS and knows how to create processes, playbooks, and systems that drive long-term customer success.
You’ll work directly with the executive team, product, engineering, and sales, positioning yourself at the intersection of customer success and product strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Own and grow key customer accounts with a focus on retention and expansion

Use data and analytics to uncover usage patterns, identify opportunities, and deliver ROI

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales to influence roadmap and success strategy

Design scalable onboarding and success frameworks from the ground up

Partner with VP-level stakeholders to build strong, trusted relationships

Drive measurable outcomes that align customer success with revenue growth
What We’re Looking For

Proven Customer Success Manager experience at a Series A SaaS company (essential)

Strong track record building customer success processes and playbooks

Experience managing executive-level customer relationships (VP, Head of Marketing, etc.)

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to own revenue-impacting outcomes

Comfort in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments where ambiguity is the norm
