Ecommerce Technical Assistant- Wilmslow- £22k
I have an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Technical Assistant to join one of the UK’s fastest growing online fashion brands. You will be reporting to the technical eCommerce Manager.
This is a Hybrid role and are offering a salary around £22k.
Responsibilities:
· Be comfortable in working in spreadsheets and performing vlookups and similar functions.
· Be quick to learn new technologies such as 3rdparty image portals
· Assist with the uploading of new products, ensuring deadlines are met
· Ensure products are displayed correctly on the website.
· Work closely with the buying & merchandising teams to solve data issues
· Liaise with 3rd parties to resolve issues.
Experience:
· Someone who is analytic and self-motivated and the ability to react quickly to fast-changing environments
· Have a passion for technical monitoring and performance in an eCommerce environment
· Excellent attention to detail
· Highly organised
· Good excel/spreadsheet skills.
· Preferable experience with web CMS’ but not essential
· Experience within the fashion industry is desirable but not essential.
