1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer- £22k-£27k
We have a fantastic new opportunity, for an enthusiastic, passionate, honest, and service-driven 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer, to join our clients’ fast-growing IT Support team.
This role is based at their site in Middleton, so a driving licence is a must. You will be required to work weekends on a rota basis (1 in 2 weekends) additional pay will be paid for weekends worked.
Essential skills:
· Microsoft Windows

· Printer Hardware
Basic Understanding:
· Network Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
· TCP/IP Networking
· Microsoft Exchange
· Network Printing
Responsibilities:
· Provide 1st/2nd Line Service Desk support, manage and build hardware
· Take phone calls, direct and emails queries relating to the IT Systems
· Escalate incidents to 3rd Line technical staff as required
